I have a friend who is a CEO at a small financial firm. She is under great stress on a daily basis, being responsible for other peoples money. To blow off steam, and keep her sanity, she will do something like this once in a while. Go to an adult establishment in an area where no one would know her. Have sex with total strangers, then go home. I tell her she's taking a risk, she says it's fucking or drinking. She chooses sex, which works for her. Haha she's a hoot.
